As a small business we ask that you give as much notice as possible should cancellation be unavoidable.
We appreciate that circumstances can change and try to be flexible. If at all possible we will accommodate your rearranged schedule. We recommend that you ensure your travel insurance covers you for any unfortunate or unlikely events that might affect your plans.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. A full refund of your deposit will be given if your booking is cancelled 30 days or more from your booking date.
Cancellations between 7 and 30 days of the booking date will incur a 50% loss of deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of your booking date or failure to show up incurs a 100% loss of your deposit.
